Jennifer Dulski, Change.org’s president and COO, is a “work-life balance” agnostic. She said the term implies a separation of both fundamental aspects of life, and she says she sees it as more of a blending.
Speaking at The WorldPost Future of Work conference in London, Dulski said companies need to create policies that recognize and support the full life of employees.
To that end, Change.org announced last year that it will offer 18 weeks of fully paid parental leave for new mothers as well as fathers.
