According to these vampires, living forever might actually suck

Hugh Grant: Still totally charming

In the new movie “The Rewrite,” Hugh Grant plays a washed-up screenwriter who takes a job at a university teaching students to do what he failed to make a living doing.

But he’s kind of only doing it for the money, and he accepts only pretty girls into his class. And then Grant’s character makes an unfortunate comment at a staff gathering about Jane Austen, who just so happens to be the English department head’s favorite author of all time. Oops.

Even though Grant’s character may not have the best moral fiber, he’s still super charming—and it’s not just the British accent.

Fusion’s Jess Blank sat down to talk with Grant to talk about “The Rewrite,” and of course, to plaster him with Jane Austen band-aids.
