Sean Forbes is an up and coming artist from Detroit, Michigan. He’s a musician who loves to rap and play the drums—and he also happens to be deaf.
At age 1, Forbes was diagnosed as deaf after coming down with what his parents said was a high fever. But that didn’t stop the music—at just 5 years of age, Forbes got his first drum set, which, he says, was a defining moment in his musical career. By the time he was 10, he was already writing his own songs.
