Putin to Snowden: Ixney With the Spyney

Edward Snowden seems to have a one track mind, and who can blame him after being banished to live inside a computer–errr… being granted asylum in Russia. However, even his asylum status didn’t stop him from asking Russian President Vladamir Putin if the Russian government spies on its citizens.

Putin flat out denied such accusations, claiming Russia has strict laws which prohibit spying on individuals– plus Putin quickly points out that Russia does not have the money nor equipment to embark on large scale spying. So, is Snowden really that obsessed with individual privacy or is he setting up his buddy Putin to look superior?
