Sarah Crowe, Crisis Communication Chief for the UNICEF, recently returned to the United States after spending 5 weeks in Liberia, one of the countries with the highest rates of the Ebola virus. At Tina Brown’s Women In The World Texas forum on October 22 she spoke about the crippling panic surrounding the Ebola virus.

“The biggest challenge to those who affect social change is probably ignorance and fear,” Crose tells Fusion. “Fear is paralyzing. But we have to break that fear with truth with knowledge, with information.”
