Imagine a job in which you were required to think of new flavors and taste them all. That’s exactly what Shake Shack’s Culinary Director, Mark Rosati does. Rosati creates new items on the menu, including new burgers and custard flavors.
We met up with Rosati at the New York City Wine and Food Festival to learn what new burger his was grilling.
And then we impressed him by naming every custard flavor-of-the-day in the month of October.
