Drones gone wild: A supercut of the most epic drone fails

Self-proclaimed 'world's biggest Harry Potter fan' spent more than $13k on merchandise

Steve Petrick received internet fame when he entered, and won, a Moviefone contest in 2010 looking for ‘America’s Biggest Harry Potter Fan.’ His video, “World’s Biggest Harry Potter Fan” has more than a million views on YouTube.

Petrick’s collection of Harry Potter memorabilia and merchandise is a Potterhead’s dream. He’s spent more than $13,000 on clothes, wands, posters, mugs, books, basically anything and everything Harry Potter-related he could find. The collection landed him a spot in the 2013 Guinness Book of World Records.

Tom Felton, the actor behind Harry Potter’s nemesis Draco Malfoy, wanted to know more about Petrick’s obsession. He traveled to his Pittsburgh home to find out why Petrick connects with the Harry Potter universe. In Superfans! A Tom Felton Documentary, Petrick talks about the impact the books have had on his life and what happened when he met author J.K. Rowling.
