One of the tactics employed by Occupy Central protesters in Hong Kong has been to block streets to stop government workers — including Hong Kong’s Chief Executive CY Leung — from getting to work.
When protesters are in the processing of taking over streets, they need to be on guard for tear gas or more, as such actions could provoke police into responding with force.
