How to get a rainbow fro without damaging your natural curls

At some point in every natural hair journey, one must experiment, whether it’s with product, cuts, or colors. Yes, colors! Bleaching and permanent color can be damaging to hair. But spray-in color is temporary, and washes right out.

I’ve always seen myself as a My Little Pony. After watching It’s My Raye Raye test spray-in colors on her YouTube channel, I knew that I had to try it for myself. Super simple. Kinda odorous. Totally fun.

Fusion

I used Jerome Russell B Wild Color Spray, which you can find on the internet for less than ten bucks. Warning: Wear gloves unless you want glamorous, vividly dyed fingertips to match your curls. Hindsight.

I think having pink and purple hair suits me! Very Princess Sparkle. The color definitely washed out completely after two shampoos. If you wanna change up your look, I recommend spray-in color. It’s easy — and hey, you might just find your true self at the bottom of a bottle of dye.
