Debunking our hangover myths with author of 'Proof: The Science of Booze'
While most of us have never woken up with a tiger in our bathroom (à la Zach Galifinakis) most of us have unfortunately suffered from some epic hangovers. And we have all tried the so-called cures: greasy burgers, drinking more water and taking ibuprofen before bed, to name a few.
Believe it or not, scientists still are having a hard time nailing down exactly what causes hangovers and how we can prevent them. But one man has studied alcohol in a way that just may help us all down the road.
Fusion Live recently caught up with Adam Rogers, the author of “Proof: The Science of Booze” who helped clear up some of the biggest myths when it comes to alcohol.
