Is the NFL in Trouble After Their Settlement Was Rejected?

A federal judge recently denied the approval of a $765 million dollar settlement between the NFL and thousands of retired players who have sued the league over concussions. The rejection came as a shock to many. The judge’s concern? That the money wouldn’t be enough to cover all of the players and family members involved This is bad news for the NFL. Just a few months ago, PBS aired a Frontline documentary called “League of Denial,” a report that put pressure on the league to make major changes over health concerns.
