Ask an Aunt: aunts give advice on weddings, booty calls, and more

CHST Banner

There’s nobody like an aunt to give you advice — they care about you like family, but you’re not actually their kid, so they can keep it a little more real. So who better to seek out for those serious life questions? We tapped our aunts to put to rest pesky questions, like how best to plan a wedding, how to deal with a booty call, and more.

We also want you to submit your own aunts! Here’s the question we’re asking this week:

“Do you think men are comfortable marrying women who are more successful than they are?”

Get your aunt to give you a great answer, shoot it on your phone, and email it to comehereandsaythatfusion@gmail.com.

Here are some tips for best capturing your aunt’s greatness — and getting her on TV, of course.

Technical advice:
-Everything should be shot horizontally; no vertical phone shots, please..
-Record good sound if possible, or at least shoot in a quiet environment where no other sounds will be picked up.
-Please send your video at the highest resolution possible.
-If possible, shoot on a steady surface, and not hand-held.
Content advice:
-Have your aunt respond directly to the camera.
-Ask her to repeat the question before she answers it.
-Shoot a couple different responses, both long and short.
