Twins were so hot in the 1990s – not like, twin babies, that’s weird. But it was cool to have a twin. Everyone dreamed about how great it would be to have a smart, identical sibling to take exams for you, or to usher you to a circle of popular kids as soon as you thought of something clever to say. Then everyone would laugh and laugh, and you would have a date to prom, instead of sitting at home watching “When Harry Met Sally” in your sweatpants.

These twin fantasies mostly grew out of the massively popular TV series “Sister, Sister.” The show featured actresses Tia and Tamara Mowry, whose characters were separated at birth and reunited. It was sort of like Shakespeare’s “A Comedy of Errors,” set at the mall.

Today, both Tia and Tamara are mothers, actresses, and television personalities. Tia Mowry also just signed a book deal for a cookbook called “Whole New You.” Her whole food diet saved her from migraines, and on her new Cooking Channel show, “Tia at Home,” she’ll spill her secrets.

We caught up with Tia to hear about all her latest projects. Check it out!
