‘Surra de Bunda’ Brings World Cup Rivalry Onto the Streets of Copacabana

In Brazil, it’s all about the butt. Mariana Van Zellar met a group of dancers who capitalize on the country’s obsession with the “bunda,” with some unorthodox moves that catch many unsuspecting men by surprise.

The notorious dance, “Surra de Bunda” (which roughly translates to ‘butt beating’) brings the World Cup rivalry off the field and onto the streets of Copacabana.
